Summary/Abstract: Feeling safe in modern society requires not only one's need for personal safety, but also the guarantee of a secure, free and peaceful life. The subjective side of the safety feeling derives and supplements the objective one. The individual safety becomes the basis of the collective safety in a society in which the regulations and legal norms in force are respected.
