Summary/Abstract: The obligation to inform the negotiation partner is not legally regulated, this obligation being stemmed from the principle to execute and perform contracts in good faith. The obligation to inform the counter part is the most important among the obligations mandatory, having direct implications on the formation of will in contracts. The study analyses the criteria to be taken into account.
