Summary/Abstract: The use of coaching in education has been gaining momentum lately in many countries worldwide. Educators constantly seek to improve themselves, as well as their learners’ and their own efficiency. This paper aims to address these issues and provide partial answers, leaving an open path towards the identification of individual solutions. At the same time, the paper tackles ways in which one can perform better in education.
