Summary/Abstract: The article presents the results of a study of the relationship between the disposable income of a household and the subjectively assessed degree of satisfaction of needs. The study covered the rural population with precarious income. The relationship between the subjectively determined level of income and the characteristics of gender and age, education, biological type of family and macroregion of residence were examined. The obtained results indicate that the factors influencing the positive assessment are education and subjectively assessed family well-being. Studies have also shown that the similarity of income is not equivalent to the satisfaction of their disposers of their size. The perception of income also does not significantly affect the salary (assessment for both sexes was similar). The factors that were to some extent determined by the evaluation were education and age, as well as the inhabited macroregion.
