Summary/Abstract: The objective of the article is to reflect on the barriers limiting full and satisfactory participation of people with disabilities in the labor market. The article presents results of studies focused on people with physical disabilities participating in projects stimulating them professionally related to the implementation of the program “Winda do pracy” [Elevator to work]. Additional answers were provided by people who did not participate in these activities.
