Summary/Abstract: In recent years an increasing number of psychological researches have not been focusing their attention on the problems faced by a person during their life, but on the favorable conditions of human mental activity, leading to optimal functioning. In light here of the relevance of this study necessitates the identification of personal resources among representatives of socionomics professions as they are in constant interaction with people and more susceptible to negative symptoms such as emotional burnout.
