Summary/Abstract: This article addresses the problem of life meaning orientations in a context of individual's activity. The research purpose was to investigate the life meaning orientations among teachers with different level of work passion. In the research participate 214 teachers from Chisinau schools and lyceums. The results of this study established a correlation between life meaning orientations and work passion and elucidated signiicant differences of life meaningfulness among engaged and not engaged at work teachers.
