Axiological aspects of school management

Summary/Abstract: Nowadays, taking consideration of the values in management is of particular importance. This concerns especially the organizations that determine the shape of future society. Such institutions are schools, hence an important element of educational institutions management is the focus on the appropriate upbringing of youth. Providing them with the fundamental values plays a very important role today. The nature of this thesis is a reflection on the values in school management. Its main purpose is to try to identify those elements that are of particular importance in the management of educational institutions, while emphasizing the role of headmaster in the process of shaping appropriate attitudes.
