Electronic Postal Services Provided by Designated Operators in the EU, According to UPU Indicators

Summary/Abstract: The article presents an analysis of selected electronic postal services provided by designated operators problems, as well as indicators to measure their advancement – PES Index (Electronic Postal Services Index), which are defined by the Universal Postal Union. The background for these considerations is the general characteristics of the problem of the provision of digital services by designed operators in the opinion of representatives of the scientific and professional, as well as authors.
