Summary/Abstract: European Union Structural Funds have had important support for the development of e-government in Poland within the financial perspective for 2007–2013. The result of projects funded under the 7th priority axis, was to provide citizens and businesses to public e-services. In the 2007–2013 financial perspective in the field of e-government identified a lot of barriers that make e-government services are not commonly used in Poland.
