Summary/Abstract: The major point in organization culture as well as in educational objectives is a value and it brings the cohesion between this issues. There are two methodological approaches to education objective framing: educational philosophy or religious world-view. Education objectives are implemented in a particular educational reality which is also associated with culture. The educational reality could fall into five levels: societal, systemic, institutional, interpersonal and intrapersonal, hence, all of these levels operate in a particular culture and impact on the educational objective formulation and / or their implementation. Bearing in mind that all three levels of organization culture (outside of culture, values and common overlapping agreements) may affect educational processes since educational objectives are developed in organizational or, being more concrete, educational cohesion. Organization culture appears to play an important role as a potential factor affecting educational processes. Furthermore, the main aim of educational processes is educational meetings which ensure development of educational objectives. It is important to underline the evaluation of its outputs in the interpersonal (as personal phenomenon) educational reality level as well.
