Summary/Abstract: The article deals with the relationship between the philosophy of life of Wilhelm Dilthey and Friedrich Nietzsche. It investigates the gnoseological problematics of these authors as it is closely related to ontological problematics. The author analyzes and interprets the concepts of life of Dilthey and Nietzsche and their influence on the cognitive theory.
