Summary/Abstract: For the macro environment study of a company is customary to include the following factors : socio - cultural, economic , legal , political , technological and natural . All these factors are closely interdependent , economic factors being of particular importance. Therefore in this study we aim to highlight the most important factors that influence the activity of the Moldovan wine companies , starting from the brand of the company to the staff employees. Unemployment is one of the most serious economic and social failures. A high unemployment rate signifies an imbalance in the labourmarket , which automatically leads to an imbalance in the goods and services . Inflation is a difference between money and supply of goods and services and has the effect, among other things, reducing the purchasing power of the monetary unit and hence of the nominal income , and subtracting the loans.
