Concordat and outside the concordat guarantees of the exercise of public worship

Summary/Abstract: The Polish law guarantees freedom of religion. Freedom to profess religion manifests itself in theexercise of public worship. It is guaranteed by the system of law: the constitution, the concordat andother laws. This article presents the concept of public worship, place of public worship and time ofpublic worship. The subject analysis shows that in this situation we have to deal with the norm of civillaw and canon law. For this reason, there are many difficulties.
