NEW RULES FOR DESCRIPTION AND EVALUATION AND AUCTIONING REAL ESTATE IN JUDICIAL ENFORCEMENT

Summary/Abstract: The Author analyzes the fundamental changes that have occurred in the description and evaluation of the subject of the execution within the framework of judicial enforcement of real estate, especially in terms of responsibilities and powers of the court bailiff. In addition, the study identifies changes related to the auction of real estate, and related to the new shaping of the powers of the enforcement authority as well as the clerk of court in the field of the supervision over the course of the auction.
