Summary/Abstract: The subject of the following work is safe strength training for women, the purpose, motivation and the benefits of performing this type of physical exercise. The issues undertaken by the author include a number of themes and questions, with a focus on safely achieving a specific figure, physical fitness, muscle strength, and a firmer and modeled silhouette, improving quality of life, relaxation and reducing the stress of everyday life. The research also shows what rules, methods, as well as alternative and safe forms of strength training are most commonly used by women.
