Summary/Abstract: The administrative – patrimonial liability holds a special place in the institution of administrative liability. The present article contains a study dedicated to the identification of administrative – patrimonial liability, called upon to develop and rediscover itself together with the evolution of the society. The administration, by its activity, can cause damages to individuals, damages for which the administration must respond following the litigations settled by the courts. This kind of liability is essential for the protection of natural persons and legal persons from administrative abuses.
