Summary/Abstract: Hybrid loans are the sign of financial markets development which consists in creating new instruments of corporate finance. Hybrid loans are the instrument combining definite proportion features of the traditional ownership capital and the acting capital. Some flexibility while shaping the conditions for hybrid borrowings issuance allows both issuers and investors to exercise a number of financial gains. The quite complex issuance process requires the involvement of a number of entities participating in the working out of instrument structure and its introduction onto the market. Currently they are used mostly by corporations to finance substantial investment programmes. The market of this type of instruments is much affected by the current situation and is indicating significant fluctuations.
