Summary/Abstract: The paper deals with the current regulation of administrative justice in the Slovak Republic and the proposed new regulation in the form of a separate procedural law governing the administrative justice procedure entitled the “Code of Administrative Justice Procedure”. In the analysis of this new procedural law the author focuses on the area of administrative sanctions, reviews the shortcomings of the current regulation and suggests de lege ferenda changes in this field.
