Summary/Abstract: The article deals with administration and regulation in the field of culture, especially with the creation of conditions for the exercise of copyright. It deals with entities that perform the administration in this field, including their activities and obligations. The article also analyses administrative sanctions for the breach of copyright, including the comparison of criminal and administrative penalties. It concludes by outlining the possible solutions of the analysed problems and suggests desirable changes of the law de lege ferenda.
