Summary/Abstract: The paper draws attention to the problems associated with a large number of remedies, respectively instruments that guarantee the review of decision of administrative authority in legal regulation of administrative justice in the Slovak Republic. Attention is focused primarily on the review of decisions issued in disciplinary proceedings.
