Summary/Abstract: The aim of this research is to determine whether the perceptions of the employees change in terms of nepotism, (favoritism of relatives, kith and kin) which constitutes an important problem in organizations. In this context, in the determination of the nepotism perceptions of the employees in hotels in the scope of the research, the survey technique was utilized, and then the survey including the nepotism scale was applied to the hotel business employees in Afyonkarahisar. In the analysis of the data obtained by the questionnaire technique, t-test and variance analyzes were used in addition to descriptive statistics. In this context, the nepotism perceptions of hotel employees' participating in the survey were found to be close to the middle level, and significant differences were found out according to some demographic characteristics of the hotel employees and their nepotism perceptions. These mentioned results were interpreted in the direction of the research purpose and suggestions were developed about this subject issue.
