Withdrawal from the company and withdrawal from trading

Summary/Abstract: The article analyzes the legal provisions applicable to the right of withdrawal of the minority shareholders from listed companies in the situations provided by art. 134 of the Law no. 31/1990 and in the situation of withdrawal of the company from trading in view of the occurrence of Law no. 24/2017 on issuers of financial instruments and market operations and of Regulation no. 2/2017 on the transfer or withdrawal from trading of securities of issuers in the event of the closure of an alternative trading system.
