Summary/Abstract: In the paper the first book about the rights and duties of each citizen and youth in Hunga-ry – Pulgarsćite Právici i Dlažnusti za sêku dumovin pulgar i negvata mladina u Madžársku ud Leopold Kossilkov u Vinga (1888) has been presented. The book is the first attempt for elaborating juridical and administrative terminology in this micro-language. The book is interesting in respect to the rich information about the legal and administra-tive government in Hungary by the end of the 19th century supplying many footnotes, comments, and useful advices concerning different proscriptions and requirements of the law. The juridical terminology has been analyzed from the point of view of its origin, word formation and definition. The analysis revealed that most of the terms are of domestic origin, the borrowings are comparatively limited. The most part of them are from Hungari-an, Latin and German languages and only in specific cases from Romanian and Croatian languages. The book provides valuable information about the linguistic contactology and the first attempts the Banat Bulgarian language to be enriched with different styles very soon after its codification. The book marks an important moment of affirming the newly created microlanguage and testifies about the aptitude of its founders to turn the lan-guage into elaborated means of communication, independently of the socio-political and sociolinguistic factors of its establishment and existence.
