Inheritance as the Kind of the Real Estate and Its Recording in Bosnia and Herzegovina until the First World War

Summary/Abstract: The word inheritance has got multiple meanings, and in this paper it is about inheritance meaning inherited property, ie. Inherited land, and about the evidence of inheritance in Bosnia and Herzegovina from the middle ages to the beginning of the First world war. Recording of inheritance is important for the jurisprudence as the right to ownership of real estate, what would nowadays mean one of the civil rights, but the data is included in the list of inheritance as onomastic material which is also very important for the history of Bosnian language.
