Summary/Abstract: In the article, the results of research, which was aimed to identify the factors having the key importance in process of achieving the network readiness, were presented. The method of rough sets belonging to the field of artificial science was used. The obtained results in the form of decisionmaking rules showed that the method can be efficiently used in managing decision-making support process. This represents an interesting approach to data management based on benchmarking.
