Summary/Abstract: The object of the study are the conditions which should be fulfilled by a public-privatepartnership (PPP ) in order to implement a public service in a profitable way. The aimof the study is to create a comprehensive approach to the concept of PPP s as a solution tothe problem of a sustainable and effective implementation of a public service.
