Summary/Abstract: Proper operation of the modern enterprise, included small and medium companies, isconnected with their sustainable development which allows to achieve and maintain competitiveadvantage. This requires the active use of the opportunities which are created on financialmarket and reduce existing threats. The choice of source of financing companies is connectedwith changes in the structure and level of cash flows. The presented article describes the mainmodels of financing development in conjunction with changes in the structure and level ofcash flows.
