Selective Commentary on New Antiterrorism Law

Summary/Abstract: The article focuses on the implementation of new solutions in the field of counteracting terrorism in Poland. In the first part it discusses the issue of operational control, which is analysed in the context of international constitutional law, domestic constitutional lawand law on operational control. Further on, it focuses on the new competence of the chief of ABW and the implementation of changes to Polish criminal and criminal procedure law. Last but not, it enumerates the changes to other branches of laws (to name buta few; aviation law in the context of drones and bank law in the aspect of access to banksecret).
