Summary/Abstract: In the paper, possibilities for modelling and monitoring the organisational culture of higher education using the mixed approach are presented. The main goal in terms of the quantitative methodology was to discuss the problem of internal consistency of the measurement applied to monitor the organisational culture of higher education institutions. In order to level the limitations of the employed qualitative method, maps of consensus are used, which are generalised mind maps triggered by metaphors of the opposite meaning. The developed maps revealed the customer's positive and negative experience connected with the process of providing an educational service.
