Summary/Abstract: The article talks about looking for the pedagogical aspects of thought phenomenologists - Edith Stein and Joseph Tischner. Their philosophical studies open modern pedagogy, not only on the knowledge of man, but also a new perspectives of thinking about his upbringing in the way phenomenological reduction. Each of these authors begins their searches with a fundamental questions - about the nature and essence of the human being, would then be able to perceive inherent in a man the internal dynamism, so important for a personal development and improvement.
