One-stop Government as a Development Direction of Public Administration

Summary/Abstract: The use of teleinformation technology in public administration may bring manyadvantages both to the clients and the offices. The electronic platform plays here thecrucial role and in the future it is supposed to enable the provision of a wide range ofservices both to the citizen or companies and internal clients. The article focuses meaningof e-government, founding concept of One-Stop Government and the role of theePUAP portal in its implementation.
