Forms of retirement security in selected European countries

Summary/Abstract: The paper presents selected problems concerning the use of alternative forms of retirement assurance on the European market. The purpose of this paper is the analysis and comparison of both general pension systems existing in the discussed states and the offered products serving to build the voluntary base which would guarantee financially secure pension. The study is completed with general conclusions concerning the opportunities of effective implementation of the given solution in Poland.
