Summary/Abstract: Decisions concerning the partition of insurance companies profit belong to the strategic decisions. They are connected with plans of long-wave-company development. Therefore, the problem of shaping the policy of dividends of insurance companies has the special meaning. The paper presents the analysis of the policy of dividends in insurance companies in Poland.
