Problems of cost calculation of insurance companies against the background of connections in financial groups

Summary/Abstract: The aim of the paper is to present a problem of cost calculation for insurance company against the background of connections in financial groups. There are many relations among entities on the modern financial market which have influence on the choice of cost strategy. Institutions on the modern financial market are connected with each other either in the capital area or investments or products sales. Relations among financial institutions on the market have influence on the appearance of problems of cost of capital and financial product cost (insurance) calculation called bancassurance. The problem is in cost calculation for bancassurance because these products are prepared by two institutions and both, bank and insurance company participate in the most of cost positions with different share.
