Summary/Abstract: This article follows the fate of the second German Federal President Heinrich Lübke. Since his case was also closely associated with the West Bohemian Holysov, it is not without interest to recall it with celebration of the 70th anniversary after the war end. It is outcome of the primary archival research of little-known or completely unknown sources located in the care of the National Archives and the Archive of Security Forces.
