Summary/Abstract: The Ergo Arena is a modern sports and entertainment venue, being characterized by high technical-exploitation parameters and with wide organizational abilities. The results of the conducted, during the International Association of Athletics Federations World Indoor Championships Sopot 2014, survey of perceiving organizational issues by participants in the mass sports event confirm high evaluations in the media and positive opinions among the local community. Ensuring the organizational high level of functioning of venues of the sports and entertainment infrastructure and events being held influences in the direct way satisfying visiting spectators and determines tourist attractiveness of the region.
