Summary/Abstract: Considering the fact that about 15% of the world population are people with disabilities we should actively seek to answer the question how to ensure the equality of all individuals? Especially in relation to human rights and freedom, specifically the right to education. Appearing in increasing numbers are regulations governing the basic rights of people with disabilities in the international and also intranational arena. Those are the first steps on the road to ensure the full participation of these people in social, economic and cultural life. However, the mere adoption of a systemic solution does not solve the problems standing in the way of people with disabilities to participate fully in social functioning. International consensus about the importance of issues of non-discrimination does not always translate into concrete action at an institutional level. In the following article an attempt is made to look at the issue of equal access to education for people with disabilities in our country with regard to the Internet.
