Summary/Abstract: The essence of this article was an analysis of e-pharmacies leading to evaluation of operating methods and success factors. To achieve the goal the author used the comparative expert analysis of the biggest market participants based on the criteria of assortment, product information, ordering and delivery procedures, customer interaction, quality of service, transparency and construction of the website, costs and prices, and other elements. This allowed indicating the differences in activities of e-pharmacies, of which some opt for attractive prices, an accurate information or quality of service. The main success factors in the e-pharmacy market were primarily transparency and construction of the website, complete information about products and possibility to find them, customer interaction, attractive prices and quality of service. Clients benefit from cheap and friendly distribution channel of drugs.
