Summary/Abstract: In the paper the author deals with selected aspects of personal data protection in labour law relationships. In the concrete the author focuses on interpretation of legal regulation concerning personal data transfer to other countries and puts itself a question whether or not the legal regulation puts an impediment to free movement of workers.
