Summary/Abstract: In this paper the author discusses one of the questions regarding personal data protection. In concrete the author deals with the issue of personal data protection in labor law relationships in the context of the principle of autonomy of the will and all of it in the context of interpretive assumption of rational legislature and the new Civil Code.
