Advisory services in the process of enterprises’ remedial restructuring

Summary/Abstract: A restructuring advisor's profession is performed by professionals prepared to undertake restructuring activities and to perform the law - Restructuring law functions, both in court proceedings and out of court proceedings. Confirmation of the professional qualification of the restructuring advisor is to obtain a license in accordance with the law of 15 June 2007 for a license to a restructuring advisor. The paper presents the activities that will be undertaken by the restructuring advisor when undertaking advisory services in the restructuring process.
