Duties of managers versus property management agreement

Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this article is to present the scope of responsibilities of the administrator who has entered into a property management agreement pursuant to Art. 185 paragraph 2 u.g.n. Studies have shown that, despite the deregulation of the real estate profession, which undoubtedly weakened the protection of entities entrusted with management services, it should be recognized that the specific legislation in force specifies the minimum statutory scope of managerial responsibilities, though only in a framework outline. This legal structure should be treated as a statutory law presumed scope of responsibilities of the administrator, which may be modified in the contract.
