The genre poetics of the micronovel in literary works of Yuri Druzhnikov

Summary/Abstract: The article considers the sources of the micronovel in the Russian literature, the conditions of its development in the 20-th century literature and its place in the epic genres system. The author highlights the difference between the micronovel and novella, defines the genre paradigm. The theoretical reflections are verified by the analysis of Yuri Druzhnikov’s (a Russian emigrant writer) works.
