Classification of a property management agreement

Summary/Abstract: This article attempts to answer the question whether the property management agreement is a contractual agreement. The subject matter of the study, therefore, required, firstly, a concise reference to the typology of contracts. Subsequently, taking into account the changing legal regulations, the views of doctrine on qualification of the property management agreement were presented. In the next part of the article, analyzes have been made to qualify this agreement in the light of the legal status in force. They allowed the recognition that real estate management contracts can not be defined as a named contract. In the dichotomous classification adopted in the latest literature, this contract should be classified as an unnamed contract. However, while accepting the distinction in the typology of agreements - mixed agreements, such agreement should be defined as a mixed agreement.
