Selected legal problems of designing as a service

Summary/Abstract: Design (design, design) is an activity of tremendous importance for the modern economy. It is also a popular term that has so far been extended to many definitions, none of which fully explains the extremely complex nature of the phenomenon. The article presents design as a service whose provision in the territory of Poland generates legal consequences. In particular, an attempt to determine what design is, which in turn has allowed some assignment of design activities to certain service provision provisions. Also attention was paid to the issue of legal protection of design under intellectual property law.
