Summary/Abstract: Article points out the risks associated with delays related to the implementation of the EU Directive 28 by Poland. This Directive applies to the use of energy from renewable sources. Current statistics indicate that without a significant increase in investment in renewable energy sources, Poland will not reach the 15% share index of RES energy.
