The evolution of views on a role of environmental factor in the development of economic

Summary/Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to present the evolution of views on a role of the environmental factor in theories of economy. It also aims to define the role of this factor in building the strong economic and social development. It was pointed, that the base of sustainable economy development (that assumes equality of orders: economic, ecological, social, institutional and spatial) was created as a result of long process of maturity of thought of many economists and societies.
