Summary/Abstract: In this article it was indicated that one of the most important factors of logistics actions is transport, and its impact on the costs incurred by the company. Enterprise Agrowit which is providing the transportation services was analyzed. The chosen costs of transport in 2010 and 2015 were analyzed. It was indicated how modernization was conducted in three aspects: usage of the new vehicles, changes in capacity, differences in various Euro standards. It was stated that the modernization of transport fleet and usage of modern vehicles allows the reduction of transport costs.
