KEY ASPECTS OF SUSTAINABLE MANAGEMENT

Summary/Abstract: The purpose of the article is to present company sustainability as a basic component of management. The main field of this research is sustainability at an organizational level which can be achieved through revealing the potential of an organization by managers. The tasks formulated in the present study are: to define the concept of organizational sustainability; to determine the importance of management in achieving sustainability in the organization; to outline the key components of sustainable management of the organization. The thesis formulated is: Sustainability is a primary purpose of the organization. Conclusions:  Organization sustainability means the ability of an organization to keep efficiency within limits for a specific period of time;  Sustainable management is a strategic asset because it allows to achieve organizational goals efficiently;  Sustainable management requires: adaptation to the environment of the company in its business activity; unity between objectives and strategies, object and subject of management; changes according to the new parameters of business environment
